The basic function of the Receiving Lead is to supervise and coordinate the work of associates who load and unload product within the Central Distribution Center. Must exhibit regular on time attendance for all scheduled shifts.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties and responsibilities are essential in the daily execution of the position:
•Assign docks and coordinate warehouse staff to unload the trucks.
•Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product
•Ensure proper product handling procedures are being followed.
•Wand all television loads and receive in digital camera loads.
•Sign and shuttle bills to the front.
•Maintain a clean and organized operation.
•Ensure all spec orders are tagged and moved accordingly.
•Input new bin locations at the end of the day.
•Ensure clamp trucks are being maintained.
•Support the ongoing development of associates.
•Proven leadership skills including ability to direct work of others
•Ability to plan effectively

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
•High school education (or equivalent)
•5 years experience in related area

Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for light work.
