The basic function of the Distribution Maintenance Technician is to assist with training and
quality control of delivery and installation teams in a RDC’s entire store market as well as
provide support in complete specialty installation, delivery projects and general maintenance as

Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing or mechanical systems and the ability to
assist with facility repairs and maintenance.
Repair and proper maintenance of furniture and other inventory as needed.
Conducting delivery certification training for new teams and managers in outmarkets
as well as assisting, when needed at the RDC.
Perform regular in home inspections and fill out detailed reports to be given to
upper management on completed deliveries and installations provided by our 3rd
Perform other duties as required.

Ability to drive box truck and pass DOT physical
Tow motor certified
I.T. basic training
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
High school education (or equivalent)
1-3 years experience preferred
